Justice Tirath Singh to Supreme Court

Well, this is good news. We need judges like Justice Tirath Singh in the Supreme Court of India. Justice Tirath Singh is a nice man --- never interrupting a lawyer in his arguments; while he is busy assessing the merits of what is said. Justice Tirath Singh, in his mild way, brought about many changes in the working of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The profession became tougher with the Justices agreeing to issue notices on prima facie good cases.
